If you need a refund due to issues with a product purchased from KPopupStore or if there are delivery problems, you can contact KPopupStore's Customer Service Team.
There are several ways to inquire:
- Email cs@kpopup.store with your name, order number, and what online community you involved in.
- Inquiry through Order Status.
- When the delivery of each order begins, a notification email will be sent to the community member's email address.
- Click the "Go to Home" button at the bottom of the email to access KPopupStore.
- Sign in with the registered email address and check the detailed information of the order in the order status.
- Click on "Inquiry" to request a refund or exchange for that order.
For an efficient processing of refund and exchange procedures, we kindly request all customers to provide an unboxing video. Requests for product exchange or refund without an unboxing video may not be acceptable.
