How to Inquire About Your Order

If you want to inquire about your order that completed through KPopupStore, you can contact us through "Inquiry" on the "Order Status" page.

1. After completing the order, the order confirmation email will be sent automatically to your email.
2. Click the "Order Status" button at the bottom of the email.
3. The "Order Status" button connects you to the main page of the KPopupStore.
4. Select the "Sign In" button at the top right to log in with your registered email in KPopupStore.
5. Click on the order number you want to inquire about in the "Order Status" menu.
6. Press the "Inquiry" button on the right side of the order detail page.
7. Enter your inquiry and select "Submit," and your inquiry will be received.
   The KPopupStore Customer Service team will respond within 1-2 business days.
