- Before start the order process KPopupStore will require the email verification process.
You can sign up at KPopupStore only with an email and verification code. We do not require any username or password to sign up. - Enter the verification code sent to your email.
When logging in to KPopupStore for the first time, you will be asked for your name and consent for marketing email reception during the sign up process.
Upon completing the sign in, you will be directed to the order page. - Shipping Address
- Click "Add Address" to register your address. Enter your name and select the shipping country.
- Enter the Zip Code and press the "Search" button, the corresponding address will be populated.
- Selecting the address will automatically fill in the City and the State below.
- Enter your Street Address and phone number. - Shipping Schedule
This is the expected shipment date of the product.
The shipping date can be delayed depending on the stock issue. - Shipping Method
KPopupStore offers two shipping options: DHL and K-packet.
The selected shipping option will determine the delivery time and shipping cost.
Once you select a shipping option in the Shipping Method tab, the shipping cost will automatically applied to the Order Summary. - Shipping Request (Optional)
In the Shipping Request section, you can leave requests for the KPopupStore regarding the product or shipping. - Payment Method
KPopupStore accepts PayPal payments only.
Press "Place your Order" to proceed to the PayPal payment screen.
Upon completing the payment through PayPal, your order will be finalized.
On the order completion page :
- Clicking "Close" will return you to the previous online community screen.
- Clicking "Click here to check your order order status" will take you to the Order Status page to view detailed order information.
